Joseph Malboeuf  | Senior Architect

Joseph is a licensed architect with 13 years experience working on civic, commercial, and multifamily projects. He joined MA in 2018 as an Architect.

He was Architectural Project Manager for the New York Police Department Bomb Squad Building and New York Public Library Fish Park Branch with Rice+Lipka Architects. Joseph directed his own design / build firm, Malboeuf Bowie Architecture where he lead the design and construction of an award winning Passive house project and several sustainable multifamily housing projects. Early in his career, Joseph was part of a team designing fire service buildings across the Pacific Northwest.

Joseph has given presentations on sustainable building strategies in Seattle and New York City. His work has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Dwell Magazine, Metropolis Magazine, The Seattle Times, Seattle Met, Gray Magazine and several books.
